Shipping Policy

At NIYOUS LLC, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. We ship across the United States and selected international locations.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand or external factors.

2. Shipping Methods & Fees

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $4.95
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.95
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 (US only)

3. International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment online.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, we will notify you and reship the package once the issue is resolved. Additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at laquinsye@niyous.pro with a photo and your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
