Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personal care items (e.g., underwear or hygiene-related products)
- Clearance or final-sale items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in cases such as:
- Items with visible signs of use
- Any item not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days from delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing time may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received. A gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
